The Coca-Cola Company, founded in 1886, holds a significant market share globally and is recognized as one of the most prominent beverage companies worldwide. Known primarily for its flagship product, Coca-Cola, the company also boasts a wide array of other beverage offerings. Over the years, Coca-Cola has consistently garnered the attention of both consumers and investors. This paper will analyze Coca-Cola company and beverage industry, aiming to analyze the intrinsic value of Coca-Cola Company and provide reference for investors. This paper will use some methods for analysis, including SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis and Porter's Five Forces Analysis. Analysis and reorganization of the historical financial statements of the past five years, and forecast the financial situation of the next ten years. The intrinsic value of Coca-Cola Company was obtained through the valuation procedure, and it was concluded that Coca-Cola's stock price was overvalued by 2.07% to 4.5% on December 31, 2022.
